Francis Manufacturing Company seeks grinders for the second shift (3:30 pm–2:00 am) in Ohio. Training on the day shift (6:00 am–3:30 pm) precedes moving to nights. Experience is welcome but training is provided; strong work ethic and teamwork are highly regarded.

Francis Manufacturing Company is seeking grinders for second shift 330pm 200am Experience is welcomed but not necessary Grinders are responsible for grinding and smoothing seams and rough edges off of our castings before they are sent to our customers using various grinding equipment Second shifts positions will initially train on day shift 600am 330PM before moving to second shift Limited positions on day shift may be available Experience is preferred but training is provided on the job Great work ethic initiative and team work are all a plus Good attendance is required Francis Manufacturing Company works with area staffing agencies and you will initially be hired through an agency for approximately 8 weeks During this time your overall performance and attendance will be evaluated and a determination made as to your potential for hire Excellent Wages and Benefits beginning pay at 2300hour with increases every 4 weeks Top pay is over 2600hour with additional earning opportunities available
