The night shift runs from 4 PM to 12:30 AM, with training 7:30 AM to 4 PM for the first three weeks. This is a contract-to-long-term-hire position paying $22–$28 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous grinding experience preferred in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with measurement tools and quality inspection processes.
• Proficiency with CNC, lathe and milling equipment is highly desirable.
• Basic math skills required for machining measurements and calculations.
• Experience with sheet metal is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate grinding machines, including CNC and manual grinders, to produce parts according to specifications.
• Perform quality inspections on finished products using tools such as micrometers and calipers to ensure adherence to tolerances.
• Utilize hand tools and machinery, including lathes and milling machines, for part preparation and finishing.
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions or issues to supervisors.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Use cranes and forklifts for the safe movement of materials within the facility.

Shift & Pay

THIS IS OUR NIGHT SHIFT 4PM - 12:30 PM. TRAINING SCHEDULE WILL BE 7:30- 4 PM THE 1ST THREE WEEKS.
Contract to long-term hire. Pay range $22-$28/Hour
