Advanced Drainage Systems (ADS) is a leading manufacturer of stormwater and onsite wastewater solutions, dedicated to safety and sustainability. The Grind Line Operator transports recycled plastics to the start of the reprocessing line using a forklift, fills boxes, and moves material for storage or distribution.

Work hours exceed 40 per week with weekend requirements; reporting to the Plant Manager, you will follow ADS core values, maintain PPE compliance, and participate in preventive

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous industrial or manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Transport recycled plastic to the grind line for processing.
• Fill boxes with processed material and transport to storage or distribution.
• Operate forklift and maintain safe work practices.
• Maintain facility housekeeping and assist with preventive maintenance.
• Report unsafe conditions to the Plant Manager.
