Compensation: Starting at $45,000/year, including commissions and incentives.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed personal sales goals while providing excellent customer experience
• Answer questions about merchandise location, price, and use
• Follow customer requests and safety requirements
• Analyze reports for inventory purchasing, merchandise arrangement, and sales trends
• Stock shelves and merchandise, set up advertising and signs
• Communicate professionally with vendors and sales reps
• Train associates on product knowledge
• Prepare and lead product knowledge and sales meetings
• Attend weekly sales and training meetings
• Maintain professional appearance and contribute positively to the team
• Read and interpret safety and operation documents
• Perform basic math operations and present information effectively
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Promote Scheels Visa Rewards card and explain benefits

Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED, 1-3 months related experience or training, or equivalent.
