Job summary

Bald Eagle Fuel & Tire, d/b/a Snappy's is hiring a Grille Cook in DuBois, PA. This role handles food prep and service in a fast-paced Grille environment and contributes to a high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED; prior food service experience is welcome but not required as training is provided. Competitive benefits follow after hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold menu items accurately and efficiently, including made-to-order items.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly clean equipment.
• Follow health and safety standards for food handling and storage.
• Complete food prep, restock supplies, and keep the Grille ready to serve customers during your shift.

What You’ll Do:

As a Grille Cook, you’ll prepare fresh food for our customers while providing great service and keeping food quality and safety top of mind.

• Prepare Customer Favorites: Cook and prepare hot and cold menu items accurately and efficiently, including made-to-order items and Grille Express selections.
• Serve Up Great Service: Provide friendly, helpful service and make sure customers have a great experience.
• Keep It Clean: Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly clean equipment and food-preparation areas.
• Follow Food Safety Standards: Properly prepare, handle, and store food while following health and safety requirements.
• Keep Things Ready: Complete food prep, restock supplies, and keep the Grille ready to serve customers throughout your shift.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Previous retail, restaurant, or food service experience is preferred, but not required. We’ll train the right person!
• Skills: Ability to prepare food accurately, manage multiple orders, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Attitude: A positive attitude and commitment to providing great customer service.
