Job Title: Busser

Supervisor: Assistant Clubhouse Manager

General Summary: Assists waitstaff in setup, operation during dining hours, and resetting for the following day.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Dusts cuvettes and windowsills before dinner.
2. Assists in table changes according to reservations.
3. Assists in stocking the service station.
4. Places ice buckets, water pitchers, and side towels in the service station.
5. Prepares tables with ice and water prior to reservation times.
6. Refills water as guests dine.
7. Helps clear plates when needed or directed by servers.
8. Removes dirty bus tubs and glassware from the service station.
9. Clears and resets tables after guests leave.
10. Assists in cleaning and resetting for the next day.
11. Transfers dirty linen to the laundry room.
12. Maintains orderliness in the employee dining room.
13. May perform Food Runner duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Must be neat, cooperative, cheerful, organized, and able to perform tasks quickly. Previous experience not required.

Work Environment: Frequently required to stand, walk, sit; use hands and fingers; reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch. Regularly lift/move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
