About the Role

Renaissance Des Moines Savery Hotel, managed by StepStone Hospitality, is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our food and beverage team. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for guest service.

Responsibilities

1. Clear and clean tables efficiently.
2. Reset tables with linens, silverware, and glassware.
3. Refill water glasses and assist with beverage service.
4. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, and restrooms.
5. Assist servers with food trays or beverages.
6. Dispose of trash and keep the back-of-house organized.
7. Coordinate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth service.
8. Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
9. Greet guests warmly and enthusiastically.
10. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and pull a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Physical ability to push, bend, stoop, reach, and perform manual dexterity tasks.
• Good hearing, writing, and typing skills.
