Job description

Perform daily food and beverage operations at the golf course.

• Ultimately responsible for their grill area and is accountable for start-up bank, and balances with register/computer reports.
• Enforces facility rules and regulations, communicates with patrons, performs cleaning duties as required, handles money and food items sold at the facility.
• Works continuously to improve operations, work processes, and provides customer-driven service.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of cash register operations.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with software programs.
• Effective oral and written communication skills; ability to handle stressful situations.

Minimum age: 18 years old. Must be currently in high school, have a high school diploma or GED, or equivalent education, training, and experience that meet the job requirements. Reliable transportation is required.

The physical demands include sitting, standing, bending, crouching, walking, stooping, lifting objects, climbing ladders, and using tools or equipment requiring dexterity. Ability to distinguish shades of color and perform daily checks of work areas is necessary. Physical abilities required include:
