Qualifications

• Customer service or food service experience is preferred but not required.
• Obtain Food Handler Certification promptly upon hire per EPL policy and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, marinate, season, cook, stock and rotate chicken and other proteins.
• Receive orders, cut cooked chicken, and plate for presentation.
• Monitor holding times and ensure product quality meets standards.
• Maintain proper serving temperatures for all cooked proteins.
• Inspect raw proteins for quality before marinating or grilling.
• Clean and sanitize the work area, equipment, and grills.
• Perform additional duties as needed by management.
