Job summary

LaPlaya Beach and Golf Resort, part of Noble House Hotels and Resorts, is seeking a Cook III to lead grill stations for fine dining and banquet functions on the Gulf of Mexico. The role requires you to showcase mastery on the grill, maintain superb dish quality, and support high-end service in Naples.

You will set up workstations, follow sanitation standards, prep daily menus, and collaborate with a skilled culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests and events.

Qualifications

• Set up workstation with required tools, equipment and supplies.
• Maintain sanitation and health regulations.
• Check production schedule and pars.
• Transport supplies from storeroom and stock in designated areas.
• Start prep work and production for the day.
• Ice down seafood per procedures.
• Know menu items and specials to ensure best product for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of work areas and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support grill stations and banquet kitchens as part of the culinary team.
• Assist in daily line setup and mise en place for lunch and dinner services.
• Ensure timely preparation of menu items while maintaining quality and presentation.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and sanitation protocols.
