Job summary

LaPlaya Beach Resort & Club, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, seeks an experienced Line Cook to support banquet culinary operations and the employee cafeteria at our Naples property.

You will work on our Banquet Culinary Team, starting at $21.00–$24.00 per hour with opportunities for growth, schedule flexibility, and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Must be able to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set up workstation with required tools, equipment and supplies
• Maintain and strictly abide to sanitation and health regulations
• Check production schedule and pars
• Transport supplies from the storeroom and stock in designated areas
• Start prep work and production of items needed for the day
• Maintain a complete knowledge of the menu items and specials to ensure the best product is being served to the guests
• Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitization of work areas and kitchen equipment
• Must be able to work nights and weekends

The JOB: Experienced Line Cook

Are you a Line Cook seeking a new opportunity, look no further than LaPlaya Beach and Golf Resort. We have openings on our Banquet Cuinary Team for a Cook I. In this role, you will support our banquet culinary operations and our employee cafeteria. If you are an experienced cook, with a strong passion for providing an excellent culinary dining experience to guests, than we are interested in learning more about you!
