Job summary

CAVA in Framingham, MA is seeking a Grill Cook to contribute to our fast-paced kitchen. You will prepare meals, follow recipes, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards while supporting the culinary team.

This role requires stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work across shifts. You’ll help uphold food quality, assist with station readiness, and participate in cross-training to grow with the brand.

Qualifications

• Observe food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all CAVA standards.
• Restock cook stations and keep them clean and organized.
• May stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Observe food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all CAVA standards.
• Restock cook stations and keep them clean and organized.
• Stand and/or walk for an entire shift; may lift up to 50 pounds.
• Put deliveries away and assist with additional duties as needed.
• Cross train across the restaurant to support rapid growth.
