Job summary

CAVA is seeking a Grill Cook to prepare mouthwatering dishes and deliver exceptional guest experiences at our Somerville location. You will lead in cooking quality food, following recipes, and maintaining sanitation and safety standards to ensure consistency across meals.

The role requires stamina for long shifts, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to cross-train across the restaurant to support rapid growth and guest satisfaction.
