Roots Natural Kitchen in Columbus - University (CLB1) is recruiting a Dish Crewmember. This role is available as full-time or part-time with a starting salary of $15.00 per hour, including tips.

You will join a team that keeps the dish station clean and organized while supporting a fast-paced kitchen. Responsibilities include following food safety practices, washing and storing dishes, and collaborating with leadership and other crewmembers.

Qualifications

• Follow food safety practices and instructions from leadership.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate shifts.

Responsibilities

• Loyally follow and execute food safety practices.
• Keep dish room and storage area spotless and organized.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare three-compartment sink with proper chemicals and clean dishes.
• Sweep and mop kitchen, storage, and line areas.
• Clean trash cans and dispose of garbage.
• Open and close dish room per restaurant standards.
• Communicate with Leadership Team, grill, and line crewmembers.
• Maintain positive attitude during all shifts.
