Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, grill, and present hot/cold foods for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and events.
• Read and measure ingredients according to recipes.
• May operate grill/fryer and other kitchen equipment.
• Attend shifts on time with regularity.
• Other duties as required by client and unit needs.
