Parkhurst Dining is hiring a Grill Cook for our Eat’n Park Hospitality Group family. You’ll prepare all grill items to order, set up and clean the grill station, and ensure line garnishing and proper temperatures for quality service.

Qualifications

• Standing and walking for the full shift.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed.
• Frequent lifting up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all grill items to order according to the daily menu.
• Set up, break down and clean the grill station.
• Prepare service line for operation and garnish properly.
• Check food quality for taste, appearance and temperature.
• Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
