Job summary

Compass Group USA at Fidelity in Smithfield, RI is hiring a Grill Cook for a full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:00 pm schedule. This role requires prior short order and grill cooking experience and offers a $20.00 per hour pay rate.

You will prepare food at the grill station, take orders, and ensure food safety and quality standards. Free meals and uniforms are provided at select locations; internal referral bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Previous short order and grill cooking experience required.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customer and prepares items requiring short preparation.
• Serves customers efficiently, ensuring correct temperatures and appealing presentation.
• Follows ticket procedures and records area activity during service.
• Uses approved recipes to ensure quality portions and serving temperatures.
• Transports pans, kettles, and trays between workstations safely while maintaining sanitation.
• Maintains clean, sanitized work areas and equipment.
