Responsibilities

• Takes orders and prepares items requiring short preparation; serves at multiple stations.
• Maintains correct temperatures and ensures food is attractive and tasty.
• Follows ticket-collection procedures and records from area worked during service.
• Uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality and portions.
• Carries food between stations while upholding safety standards.
• Stores foods with proper wrapping, dating and rotation.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas and utensils to meet sanitation standards.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports to supervisor.
• Attends in-service and safety meetings.
• Maintains positive working relationships with coworkers and management.
• Performs duties safely and may perform other tasks as assigned.
