• Ability to monitor cooking temperatures and ensure food quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and prepare items requiring short preparation.
• Serve customers efficiently at multiple stations.
• Ensure correct serving temperatures and attractive presentation.
• Follow recipes and portion controls.
• Transport food safely between stations.
• Store foods with proper wrapping and dating.
• Maintain sanitation and safety of work areas and utensils.
• Address customer concerns and report issues to supervisor.
• Attend safety meetings and team briefings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
