Job summary

Mo' Bettahs is seeking a grill cook to prepare meats and support kitchen operations in Utah. You will maintain fresh stock for steaks and chicken, keep the grill area clean, and follow proper food handling and storage procedures.

Responsibilities include monitoring inventory, ensuring proper temperatures, and assisting with cleaning and maintenance as needed to support restaurant operations. This role requires basic restaurant experience and availability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare meats to customer orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized grill area with proper storage and labeling of food items.
• Monitor food inventory and notify management when supplies run low.
• Ensure foods are cooked to safe temperatures and served promptly; assist with kitchen cleaning and maintenance.
