Job summary

Mo' Bettahs in Utah is seeking a grill cook to prepare meats, keep the grill area clean, and ensure fresh meat supplies for customers. You will monitor inventory, handle labeling and storage, and maintain compliance with food safety standards.

Responsibilities include cooking to temperature, serving promptly, and assisting with kitchen maintenance. Must be 16+, authorized to work in the US, and have a valid driver's license; restaurant experience is a plus.

• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare meats.
• Keep meat supply fresh and ready for customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized grill area with proper storage and labeling.
• Monitor food inventory and notify management when supplies are low.
• Ensure food is cooked to proper temperatures and served promptly.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines for handling raw meats and ingredients.
