Job summary

Mo' Bettahs in Utah is seeking a grill cook to prepare our meats and keep steak and chicken ready for customers. You will maintain a clean, well-organized grill area and ensure items are labelled and stored properly.

You will monitor inventory, cook to the correct temperatures, and serve meals promptly while following all safety and sanitation guidelines. The role may involve other kitchen duties as needed to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Restaurant experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare meats for service.
• Keep supply of steak and chicken fresh and ready for customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized grill area with proper storage and labeling.
• Monitor food inventory and notify management when supplies run low.
• Ensure all items are cooked to the correct temperature and served promptly.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines for handling raw meats and ingredients.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks in the kitchen as needed.
• Other duties as needed to support restaurant operations.
