Work Schedule: Typically, you will work from 6:00 am until 2:30 pm - Monday thru Friday.

What Will You Do: As a Grill Cook/Prep Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a delightful dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Greeting and assisting customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
2. Chopping, labeling, and prepping food items for the day/menu as communicated by management.
3. Taking customer orders and accurately preparing on the grill.
4. Preparing and serving food items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
5. Assisting with incoming deliveries and helping to put items away.
6. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and service stations.
7. Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
8. Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

Who We're Looking For:

1. Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.

General Requirements

1. Lift and carry 50lbs+ on a repetitive basis, with the ability to reach, bend, and stoop frequently.
2. Consent to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
3. Follow workplace safety policies and guidelines.
