Bon Appétitare in Foster City, CA is seeking a full-time Grill Cook to prepare food at the grill station and serve customers. Schedule is 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM, days may vary, with online applications accepted only. Prior kitchen, food prep and cooking experience is required.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen, food prep, and cooking experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customer and prepares items requiring short preparation.
• Serves customers in an efficient, friendly manner following established steps of service.
• Uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality and temperatures.
• Cleans, sanitizes and maintains all assigned work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Stores foods in designated areas following standard wrapping, dating and food safety procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
