Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred but not required.
• Willing to train new staff.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customer and prepares items requiring short preparation.
• Serves customers efficiently and ensures food is at correct temperature and appealing.
• Uses established recipes and production standards for quality and portions.
• Keeps work area clean and sanitary; follows safety procedures.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports to supervisor.
• Attends in-service and safety meetings.
