Job summary

Eurest in Maineville, OH is hiring for a full-time Grill Cook. You will prepare and serve items at the grill station, following federal, state and corporate standards to ensure high-quality food service.

You should be able to work as a team with customer service skills; cooking experience is preferred. Schedule is Monday–Friday with no nights or weekends, and holidays off. Benefits are available to eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work as a team and have customer service skills.
• Cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation; completes orders from steam tables and serves customers at multiple stations.
• Serves customers in an efficient, friendly manner; ensures food is at correct temperature and appealing.
• Uses established ticket-collection procedures during service; maintains records from area worked during service.
• Uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality, temperatures and portions.
• Transfers pans, kettles and trays safely; stores foods following wrapping, dating and safety procedures.
• Cleans, sanitizes and maintains work areas and equipment to meet sanitation standards.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports issues to supervisor.
• Attends in-service and safety meetings; maintains good relations with coworkers and managers.
