Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customer and prepares items requiring short preparation.
• Grills, plates, and serves items at the grill station in a timely manner.
• Ensures food is cooked to proper temperatures and presented well.
• Follows recipes and portion controls for consistent quality.
• Keeps work area clean and sanitized; maintains safety procedures.
• Assists with stocking and storing foods per guidelines.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports issues to supervisor.
• Attends safety meetings and participates in team collaboration.
