Job summary

Compass Group USA's Eurest division is hiring a full-time Grill Cook at RTX - 1847 West Main Road, Portsmouth, RI 02871. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with short order or line cook experience preferred for high-quality service.

As a Grill Cook, you will prepare grill items, serve customers, and ensure food safety and presentation. Full-time benefits after 90 days and an internal referral bonus are available.

Qualifications

• Short order or line cook experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation.
• Completes orders from steam tables and serves customers at multiple stations.
• Ensures food is served at correct temperatures and presented attractively.
• Uses established recipes and production standards to maintain quality and portion control.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas and equipment to meet sanitation standards.
• Maintains records of service periods and follows safety guidelines.
• Resolves customer concerns and communicates with supervisors as needed.
