Position Summary

Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Food and Nutrition Services, the Grill Cook is responsible for completing all assigned duties in a safe, timely, and sanitary manner. Responsibilities include preparing food, maintaining an organized and clean work environment, and following all food procurement policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to communicate, read, and write in English.
• Requires basic mathematical skills.
• Hospital Experience in an Acute Care or Long Term Care facility, Restaurant, or Commercial Food Service experience preferred.
