We are hiring immediately for full-time GRILL COOK positions at Eurest.

Location

Mohegan Sun - 1 Mohegan Sun Boulevard, Uncasville, CT 06382. Note: online applications accepted only.

Requirements

2 years of prior culinary experience is preferred but not required.

Pay Range

$17.00 to $18.00 per hour.

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station according to standards and regulations to ensure high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Take orders, prepare items requiring short prep, complete orders from steam tables, serve customers.
• Serve efficiently and friendly, ensure food quality and temperature, taste all items.
• Use ticket procedures, record keeping during service.
• Follow recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Transport food safely, store foods properly, maintain sanitation.
• Resolve customer concerns, attend safety meetings, foster good relationships.
• Perform duties safely, maintain a clean work environment, perform other tasks as assigned.
