Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station according to standards to ensure high-quality food service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Take orders, prepare items, serve customers efficiently and friendly, ensuring food quality and temperature.
• Use established procedures for ticket collection and record keeping.
• Follow recipes and standards for quality, temperature, and portion control.
• Transport food safely between workstations.
• Store foods properly, maintain sanitation, resolve customer concerns, and attend safety meetings.
• Maintain good relationships with coworkers and customers, perform duties safely, and perform other tasks as assigned.
