Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station according to federal, state, and corporate standards to ensure high-quality food service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Take orders and prepare items requiring short preparation; serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring food is at the correct temperature and presentation standards.
• Use established procedures for ticket collection and record-keeping during service.
• Follow approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Transport food safely between workstations and storage areas.
• Store foods properly, adhering to safety and rotation procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Address customer concerns and report issues to supervisors.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Foster positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
