We are hiring immediately for a full-time GRILL COOK position.

Location: Fidelity - 49 North 400 West, Salt Lake City, UT 84101. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous food service experience is preferred.

Pay Range: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station according to standards to ensure high-quality food service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take orders, prepare items with short prep times, and serve customers efficiently and courteously.
• Ensure food quality, temperature, and presentation meet standards.
• Use established procedures for ticket collection and record-keeping.
• Follow recipes and portion controls for quality assurance.
• Transport food safely between workstations.
• Store foods properly, adhering to safety and rotation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Resolve customer concerns and report relevant issues to supervisors.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Foster good relationships with coworkers, customers, and management.
• Perform all duties safely and maintain a clean work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
