We are hiring immediately for a full-time GRILL COOK position.

Location: Franklin Templeton - 100 Fountain Parkway, Saint Petersburg, FL 33716. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm; more details upon interview.

Requirements: Previous food service experience and ServSafe certification are preferred but not required.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepare food and serve customers at the grill station, adhering to federal, state, and corporate standards to ensure high-quality food service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Take orders and prepare items requiring short preparation; serve customers at multiple stations.
• Serve efficiently and friendly, ensuring food quality and temperature, and tasting all items.
• Use established procedures for ticket collection and record keeping during service.
• Follow recipes and standards for quality, temperature, and portion control.
• Transport food safely between workstations, stove, and refrigerator.
• Store foods properly following safety and rotation procedures.
• Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning and sanitizing work areas and equipment.
• Address customer concerns and report to supervisors.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain good relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Perform duties safely and keep the work environment clean and safe.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
