• We are hiring immediately for a full-time GRILL COOK position.
• Location: Johnson & Johnson - 200 Great Valley Parkway, Malvern, PA 19355. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm. No evenings or weekends. More details upon interview.

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station, ensuring high-quality food service in compliance with standards and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Take orders, prepare items, serve efficiently and follow steps of service.
• Ensure food is at the correct temperature, attractive, and tasty; taste all food items.
• Use established procedures for ticket collection and record keeping.
• Follow recipes and standards for quality, temperature, and portion control.
• Handle food safely, store foods properly, and maintain sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer concerns and report issues to supervisors.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
