Job Opportunity: Grill Cook

Job Summary

Prepare food and serve customers at the grill station, adhering to federal, state, and corporate standards to ensure high-quality service.

Responsibilities

1. Take customer orders and prepare items requiring short preparation.
2. Serve food efficiently and friendly, ensuring proper temperature and presentation.
3. Use established procedures for ticket collection and record keeping.
4. Follow approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
5. Transport food safely between workstations.
6. Store foods properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
7. Maintain sanitation standards in work areas and equipment.
8. Address customer concerns and report to supervisor.
9. Attend safety and in-service meetings.
10. Maintain good relationships with coworkers and management.
11. Perform duties safely in a clean environment.
12. Other duties as assigned.
