We are hiring immediately for a full-time GRILL COOK position.

Location: Navy Federal Credit Union - 5550 Heritage Oaks Drive, Pensacola, FL 32526

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm; more details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous culinary, grill cook, and high-volume experience required.

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station in accordance with standards to ensure high-quality food service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Takes orders, prepares items requiring short preparation, completes orders from steam tables, and serves customers.
2. Serves customers efficiently and friendly, ensuring food is at the correct temperature and attractive.
3. Uses ticket-collection procedures and maintains records during service.
4. Uses approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
5. Transfers food safely between workstations, stove, and refrigerator.
6. Stores foods properly following safety and rotation procedures.
7. Cleans and sanitizes work areas and equipment.
8. Resolves customer concerns and reports issues to supervisor.
9. Attends safety and in-service meetings.
10. Maintains good relationships with coworkers and customers.
11. Performs other duties as assigned.
