Job Opening: Grill Cook at Eurest

We are hiring immediately for a full-time GRILL COOK position at Eurest.

Location: Fiserv - 6855 Pacific Street, Omaha, NE 68106. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, hours may vary. More details upon interview.

Requirements: Previous experience in short order cooking, food service, and customer service is preferred.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepare food and serve customers at the grill station according to federal, state, and corporate standards to ensure high-quality service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take customer orders and prepare items requiring short preparation; complete orders from steam tables and serve at multiple stations.
• Serve customers efficiently and friendly, ensuring food is at the correct temperature, attractive, and tasty. Taste all prepared food items.
• Use established ticket procedures during service and maintain records from the area worked.
• Follow recipes and standards for quality, serving temperature, and portion control.
• Transport pans, kettles, and trays safely between workstations, stove, and refrigerator.
• Store foods properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Resolve customer concerns and report relevant issues to supervisors.
• Attend in-service and safety meetings.
• Maintain good relationships with coworkers, customers, and management.
• Perform duties safely in a clean and safe environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
