Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station, ensuring high-quality food service according to standards and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Take orders, prepare items requiring short preparation, and serve at multiple stations.
• Serve customers efficiently and friendly, ensuring food quality and temperature.
• Use ticket-collection procedures and record keeping during service.
• Follow recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Transport food safely between workstations.
• Store foods properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
• Maintain sanitation standards in all work areas and equipment.
• Address customer concerns and report to supervisor.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
