+ We are hiring immediately for a full-time GRILL COOK position.

+ Location: P&G MBC - 8700 Mason-Montgomery Road, Mason, OH 45040. Note: online applications accepted only.

+ Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm; more details upon interview.

+ Requirement: No experience necessary. Willing to train!

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station, ensuring high-quality food service in compliance with federal, state, and corporate standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Takes customer orders and prepares items requiring short preparation; completes orders from steam tables and serves at multiple stations.
2. Serves customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring food is at the correct temperature, attractive, and tasty. Tastes all prepared food items.
3. Uses established ticket-collection procedures and maintains records during service.
4. Uses approved recipes and standards to ensure proper quality, temperature, and portion control.
5. Carries pans, kettles, and trays safely to and from workstations, adhering to safety standards.
6. Stores foods properly, following safety, wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures.
7. Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment, and utensils to meet sanitation standards.
8. Resolves customer concerns and reports relevant issues to supervisors.
9. Attends in-service and safety meetings.
10. Maintains good relationships with coworkers, customers, and management.
11. Performs job safely, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
12. Performs other duties as assigned.
