Overview

We are hiring immediately for a full-time GRILL COOK position.

Location: 229 Main Street, Keene, NH 03435

Schedule: Full-time; Monday through Friday, 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm. More details upon interview.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and serve customers at the grill station in accordance with applicable standards and regulations to ensure high-quality food service.
• Takes orders and prepares items requiring short preparation; completes orders from steam tables and serves customers at multiple stations.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously; ensure food is at the correct temperature, attractive and tasty; taste all prepared items.
• Follow ticket-collection procedures; maintain records for the area worked during service.
• Use approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, temperatures and portion control.
• Move pans, kettles and trays between workstations, stove and refrigerator safely; follow established safety standards.
• Store foods in designated areas with proper wrapping, dating and rotation procedures.
• Clean, sanitize and maintain all assigned work areas, equipment and utensils to meet sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer concerns and report relevant information to the supervisor.
• Attend in-service and safety meetings; maintain good working relationships with coworkers and managers.
• Perform job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
