Job Opening: Grill Cook at Morrison Healthcare

We are hiring immediately for a full-time Grill Cook position at Morrison Healthcare.

Location: Memorial Hermann Texas Medical Center - 6411 Fannin Street, Houston, TX 77030. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Days may vary, including weekends. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous culinary experience preferred.

Pay Range: $15.00 to $18.94 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepare food and serve customers at the grill station following applicable standards and regulations to ensure high-quality food service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take orders and prepare items requiring short preparation times.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring food quality and presentation.
• Use established procedures for ticket collection and record keeping.
• Follow recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Transport food safely between workstations and storage areas.
• Store foods properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Address customer concerns and report issues to supervisors.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain positive relationships with colleagues and management.
• Perform duties safely and maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
