• We are hiring immediately for a full-time GRILL COOK position.
• Location: Lockheed Martin ENG Cafe - 12557 State Highway 121, Denver, CO 80127. Note: online applications accepted only.

• Requirement: Previous short-order grill experience, preferably in breakfast and lunch.
• Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station following standards and regulations to ensure high-quality food service.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Take orders, prepare short-order items, complete orders from steam tables, and serve customers.
• Serve customers efficiently and friendly, ensuring food quality and temperature.
• Use established procedures for ticket collection and record keeping.
• Follow recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Transport food safely between workstations and storage areas.
• Store foods properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
• Resolve customer concerns and report to supervisor.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain good relationships with coworkers, customers, and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
