Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation.
• Serves customers in a friendly manner and ensures correct temperatures and portions.
• Operates ticket-collection procedures and maintains records during service.
• Uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality.
• Transports pans and food safely between workstations and storage areas.
• Stores foods with proper dating and rotation.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas and equipment to maintain sanitation.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports issues to supervisor.
• Attends in-service and safety meetings.
• Maintains positive working relationships with staff and managers.
• Works safely and performs other duties as assigned.
