Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring a Grill Cook for a full-time role at our Winona campus location in Minnesota. The position requires prior grill cook experience, offers a fixed pay rate of $17.00 per hour, and a Monday–Friday schedule with varying hours.

Qualifications

• Prior grill cook experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation.
• Completes orders from steam tables and serves customers at multiple stations.
• Serves customers in an efficient, friendly manner following established steps of service.
• Ensures food is at the correct temperature and presented attractively.
• Uses ticket-collection procedures during service and keeps records for the area.
• Follows approved recipes and production standards for quality and portion control.
• Cleans, sanitizes and maintains all work areas and equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
