Job summary

Logan's Roadhouse in Kannapolis, NC is hiring grill cooks for full-time and part-time roles. You will be responsible for cooking a variety of dishes from our made-from-scratch menu, grilling with attention to recipe accuracy and quality. Teamwork and adherence to safety are essential in this fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
• Previous kitchen/culinary/chef experience is preferred, but not required.
• Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including but not limited to knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, ovens, broiler and pizza oven desired
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Grill a variety of dishes and help craft made-from-scratch recipes for guests.
• Prepare and cook menu items while following recipes and portion control.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen at all times.
• Communicate clearly with Managers and Team Members to ensure smooth service.
