Job summary

Dairy Queen is seeking an experienced Cook/Grill Staff to execute all kitchen operations, ensuring all prepared foods meet restaurant safety and health standards. You will cook, assemble and wrap items, stock all needed products and materials, keeping the kitchen tidy for the rest of the team.

The role reports to Management Staff and Shift Leaders. A strong candidate has attention to detail, good customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work under pressure in a high-volume restaurant.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized to health standards.

Responsibilities

• Operates grill area and food preparation following safety standards.
• Communicates clearly with coworkers to ensure correct orders are served.
• Maintains cleanliness of counters, dining/service areas and restrooms as required.
• Stocks and rotates products; assists in prep work for grill area.
