Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Grill Cook at Southwest Baptist University to work as part of a team, preparing nutritious dishes and delivering friendly service. You will help reduce waste and contribute to a positive dining experience for guests through attention to portions and presentation.

Responsibilities include cooking for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, following recipes, and possibly operating grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of related kitchen experience is beneficial.
• Ability to work varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and/or cold items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events.
• Read and measure ingredients according to recipe.
• May operate a grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment.
• Attends scheduled shifts on time with regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned based on client needs.
