7th Street Burger in New York is seeking skilled cooks for part-time and full-time roles to be the heart of the shop. You will smash, flip, and grill burgers, keeping quality high and tickets moving quickly even at peak volume.

If you take pride in your craft, work clean, and thrive under pressure, we want you on the line. We value experience in high-volume kitchens and offer help obtaining a Food Handler certification.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Food handler certification preferred (we will help you get certified).
• Ability to work 8+ hour shifts on your feet.
• Team-first mindset and keep calm under pressure.
• Flexible availability for late nights, weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work the grill, fryer, and prep stations.
• Get orders out fast without sacrificing quality.
• Maintain a clean station and follow Department of Health standards.
• Clean the kitchen daily and assist on deep cleaning days.
• Communicate with cashiers and teammates to keep orders accurate.
