Job summary

CAVA is hiring a Grill Cook to join our kitchen team in a fast-paced environment. You will lead the grill station, prepare top quality dishes, and ensure consistency and guest satisfaction.

This role offers opportunities to grow with a rapidly expanding brand and to contribute to a Mediterranean-inspired menu. Responsibilities include following strict food safety procedures, restocking stations, and collaborating with team members to deliver mind-blowing meals for guests across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Observe food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency.
• Restock cook stations and keep them clean and organized.
• Stand and/or walk for an entire shift.
• May lift up to 50 pounds and work in hot/cold temperatures.
